Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire Cricket Club is one of the 18 major counties which make up the English domestic cricket structure. The club has produced several famous players qualified for England including South African born Allan Lamb who scored 3 centuries against the mighty 1984 West Indians.

The home of Northampton county cricket is at Wantage Road in the center of the town. The ground has the smallest capacity of any county ground with seating for only 4,000 supporters.
