Somerset Sabres have been knocked out of the Champions League in India after suffering a resounding six-wicket defeat to New South Wales.
The loss brought an end to Australia veteran Justin Langer's time with the county, with the opening batsman set to retire from the game.
Somerset were already up against it in the Super Eights, having been beaten by five wickets by South African side the Eagles on Friday.
Against NSW, the Sabres could only manage 11-7 when batting first, with Zander de Bruyn top-scoring with a mere 23.
That proved to be well short of a competitive total, as the Aussies romped home with more than eight overs in hand, with David Warner leading the charge by smashing 40 from a mere 16 balls faced.
England's other representatives in the competition, Sussex Sharks, were eliminated in the initial group stage.
