Warne and Ganguly fined
Shane Warne and Sourav Ganguly have been fined 10 per cent of their match fees following a tempestuous Indian Premier League game between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders in Jaipur on Thursday.
Royals captain Warne was unhappy with Ganguly who be believed told his side to take their time coming out to bat. The Knight Riders star then challenged Graeme Smith when the Rajasthan played claimed to have dismissed him.
An unhappy Ganguly said of Warne on Friday: "Look who's talking! Take a look at his career and the incidents he's got into."
However, Knight Riders manager Joy Bhattacharya laughed off the matter, saying: "For us this is a non-issue. We will abide by whatever the IPL's decision is. I won't say we agree with it. But we don't want to carry it forward any further."
