Steady progress for England
England are 26 without loss in their second innings at lunch on day four of the third Test, having earlier bowled Australia out for 302 to secure a massive lead of 142 runs.
Marcus Trescothick was unbeaten on 12, while Andrew Strauss was ten not out, having survived an edge off Brett Lee that flew between Shane Warne and Ricky Ponting in the slips.
Simon Jones had made short work of the Australia tail during the first hour of play.
Warne's bid to reach a maiden Test century was ended on 90 by when he pulled a short ball from Jones into the hands of the waiting Ashley Giles on the deep mid-wicket boundary.
He had hit ten fours and two sixes in a superb 122-ball innings.
Lee managed just one from 16 balls, before Jones struck again as the Aussie fast bowler nicked a length ball and Trescothick took an excellent catch diving to his left at first slip.
The obdurate Jason Gillespie briefly broke out of his shell to hoist Jones for six over square leg, but was trapped leg before wicket soon after for 26 to leave the Glamorgan paceman with Test best figures of 6-53.
