Colly targets victory push

England all-rounder Paul Collingwood expects his side to push on for victory on day four of the second Test against New Zealand in Wellington.

The tourists are already 421 runs ahead after reaching 277-9 in their second innings, with two days' play left at the Basin Reserve and the chance to level the series 1-1 in their grasp.

Collingwood commented: "We're very satisfied with where we are at with a lead of over 400.

"But there are two days left in the game, which is plenty of time to bowl them out, but it's also plenty of time to get the runs.

"Over these three days we've played some really good, skilful cricket at times. There have been some difficult situations and conditions, so everybody has responded well.

"We've proved we've still got confidence in the camp and we can go out there and win, but we need another big day tomorrow.

"Usually the fourth day in a Test match is the one you need to win and it certainly is for us, if we want to stay in the series."
