How did perennially weak Derbyshire County make a Profit

Derbyshire have revealed a trading profit of £14,420 for 2009.
The financial results, which are subject to final approval by members, show the county to be in profit for a fourth successive year.
Derbyshire chief executive Keith Loring said: "Four successive profits is an excellent achievement in itself. However, 2009 is probably the biggest success story of all as it has been achieved in the light of the difficult trading conditions which have faced all businesses."
